Cornish treat

This unusual Cornish pasty came home with me from the West Country. It's solid chocolate, and a tasty souvenir, but not locally sourced sadly.

It was nice to have a naughty cream tea while I was in St Mawes, and I ate it the traditional Cornish way, putting the jam first on the scone, then clotted cream on top. The Devon tradition is the other way round, cream first! I wonder why the difference?
