Glow

Had a lovely morning catching up with friends, drinking tea and sharing lives. Times like this are precious and making the most of every moment becomes the mantra for every day.

Spring is definitely in the air as the chirping bird song of early morning and late night dog walks fills the air.

This photo was taken with a dog lead in one hand and the camera in the other, and one rather patient dog stood steadily by as I tried the picture from different angles. In the end I was pleased with the warm glow of the street lights lifting the pattern on the pavers and the shadows on their raised surface.
