flowers made of old saris... you know - indian saris...

i was so intriqued by it i couldn't resist - knowing that women once wore these various pieces... i wonder at the stories they could tell - the history they hold...

whoever had the idea of snipping the cloth - fashioning it into flowers... then making it into a pillow - was simply brilliant...

for it's another bit of whimsical playfulness - to charm my day - for me to have fun with - smile at - share with others - and most certainly - makes for...
