We went up to the allotment to feed the birds and for a general poke about. Lots of stuff coming up, garlic and broad beans which I'd planted, primroses, wallflowers euphorbia and cranesbill which I hadn't. And the crocuses were out and proud on the Links.

The extra is for Mr Smith - most of the bricks at the allotment seem to say 'London Brick', but the heavy one we use to prop open the shed door is from 'Prestongrange'. How exotic!
