South Bank art

Flying visit to London to recce a venue for an event so got a sneaky South Bank stroll.
I had seen this tree last time I was in town but decided to explore a bit further. It is part of a festival of art to liven up the dismal concrete monstosities of 60s and 70s architecture. This is made from fabric wrapped around pipes, and is 15m high. It looked great against the bright blue sky.
