An afternoon trip to the 'outdoors' shop to buy a new pair of walking shoes, since one of the soles in the current pair has become slightly porous in recent weeks. After trying on, and walking around the store in, various pairs I ended up buying the first pair that I tried,

Looking forward to dry feet in the future. Not looking forward to 'breaking them in' over the next week or two.
