Ice sculpture

Last night we went to the wedding of the daughter of one of my oldest friends here in Seattle.  We worked together almost the entire 34 years I was at the University and although I'd never met her children, I'd heard everything about their lives over the years and feel like I know them.  It was a lovely wedding, great food, good wine, music and dancing.  And we danced!  This ice sculpture was a surprise for the bride and groom - they are both rocket scientists!  And this rocket was quite spectacular.
