Look closely

If you look closely you can make out the outline if Blackpool's central pier. I am standing underneath the North Pier to take this shot, fascinating place.

A very misty day when the tower kept disappearing from sight behind sea mist.

Spent about 3 hours in the ballroom watching the dancing and then jumped on a tram to collect bags before heading back south on the train. I already want to go back, it was a short but very nice break.

Thankful that fate twisted things so I couldn't drive (cos of my medication) and so a train destination had to be identified! If I had been driving I don't think I would have ended up here and learned so many new things about the area.
