The Resource Recovery Facility

When it was just for garbage, it was called the dump. That sounded awful, so it was switched to the landfill. Now with much of the activity being recovering materials and reselling them, the name has changed again. I went there to drop off some surplus household hazardous waste. I am always fascinated by the compressed piles of recycling.
