House in the Clouds

My friend Debbie took this photo whilst on hols with her family in Suffolk. This "house" at Thorpeness was built in 1923 as a water tower with (according to Wikipedia - so we can't be certain) an original capacity of 50,000 gallons. In 1977 Thorpeness was given a mains water supply and in 1979 the tanks were removed and the building converted to a house - currently let on holiday lets. It has been Grade II listed since 1995. (and thorpe is from the old english meaning village or hamlet)
