Glimpses of Blackheath 14

Well here we are again in good old Blackheath. From the bank sign, where we were standing last time, cross to the other side of Govetts Leap Rd, turn 90 degrees left and walk about 100 metres. If there IS a centre to Blackheath, it is this intersection between the Great Western Highway and Govetts Leap Rd.

We have been here before of course but we saw it from another angle and at a different time of day.

In truth it is an ugly, noisy, gritty location but somehow the night lights and bright colours offer something fresh. It's been raining of course and I was delighted to see distortions here and there across the image caused by out of focus droplets on my windscreen. I would have liked a few more of those actually. Anyway, consider this another of my "nightime slices of street life".
