Exciting Adventure - Day 32

Saw Sheffield today - renowned for its pies - couldn't find a warm pork one though

Left Christchurch - followed the Waimakarri river - climbed through skiing resorts to Arthur's Pass - following the Trans Alpine Railway track - not usable at the moment - some of the creek bridges taken out following recent landslides - to the rugged west coast - walked on the beach - paddled in the Tasmin Sea at Hokitika - crashing waves and driftwood - some made into sculptures aplenty

Final stop was the Frank Josef Glacier - nearly missed it due to the mist - taken from the lookout point
