Family Day

It was a sunny mild day 5C it made for an nice day to take a walk in the park.

In the morning I prepped the slow cooker and the afternoon I spent building a new dress from Ikea. The building always seems to take longer than first anticipated.

While out for my walk I was looking for signs of spring The first thing I noticed was all the seagulls on the lake they seem to gather as to waiting for the ice to melt. I spotted a robin but I am waiting for the return of the red wing black bird.  I thought this shot was rather comical with all the seagulls flying around and the two ducks walking on the ice seeming to be out of place in the shot
