Beside the Road

We travelled to Dubbo (300km west) today to attend my Aunty Bo's funeral.
The last of her generation, my mother's younger sister and one of 5 girls, at 92 she was the longest living member of her family to date.
All my 3 siblings were there and we caught up with lots of cousins as we gave her a fitting farewell.

The EB is a shot I took (asyoudo) when we stopped just out of town on the way to change into our funeral clothes (and go behind a bush).

Mr isbi and I decided to take a different route home and are spending the night 117km south at Parkes.
These days it's best known for its annual Elvis Festival but unfortunately he has now left town :-(
