On reflection

If I waken during the night and can't get back to sleep, I sometimes try to think of things  starting with letters of the alphabet.
For example
Pop groups - Abba, Blur, Cream etc
Or countries - Albania, Belgium, Canada etc
Or boys' names- Albert, Brian, Colin etc
However, last night I tried it with medical conditions and on reflection, I don't think that was too good an idea!!!
H for Hypochondria was far too easy!!!!! I don't think sufferers would like this track  too much!!!!
I saw Lucy's reflection in our bin and just had to get a photo of it
