The Myddleton Library

Stopped at Chirk Castle on my way to Snowdonia. I always enjoy looking at the bookshelves in the libraries of old houses and castles. Chirk has a superb librray full of 17th century books - Robert Brady's "Complete history of England" (middle of the shelf) was published in 1685.
