Brighton

We spent the day in Brighton. Ever since it opened I have wanted to go up in the i360, the construction on the sea front where a doughnut shaped pod rides high up a column to give amazing views of Brighton and its sea front. The pod is large and there is plenty of space to move around to get the various views. (See extra). I took lots of photos but was disappointed that there was a bad reflection on them, apart from one that looked down to the breaking waves below. (See extra) Good trip, but sad not to have the brilliant photos I was expecting.
After the ride we walked across town to find a restaurant known by sister J. It is called Bus Stop and features food from the West Indian island of Barbados. Spicy food, reggae music and a rum cocktail really set the atmosphere. We wish it was nearer home, a brilliant place.
