My weekly visit to the osteopath for my back this afternoon. It's a slow process but things are on the mend and I am. It in as much pain.

On my way back to the station I passed by this gigantic ball! It is set up for tomorrow nights 2017 NRL Telstra Premiership Launch at Martin Place.
