Film maker Joe Rock setting a shot today for their film on Craig-y-nos, the children’s TB sanatorium in Wales which we will be revisiting next month.
 
He was doing something called “cutaways” i.e. scenes around the house and garden.
 
Yesterday they had to pitch their idea to BBC commissioning editors as if it was real and afterwards they were told that out of all the student projects they had viewed this year at Stirling University this was the one most likely to get commissioned in the future.
 

Joe comes from Belfast and the conversation soon got around to shipbuilding and the Titanic.  Apparently a best selling T-shirt is: “It worked when it left here.”
