Winter Shadow

No 2 has applied to several Universities to study sports science and she was invited for interview at one, Robert Gordon's in Aberdeen.
I dropped her off at the rail station and off she went armed with maps and instructions of how to get to the campus.
Half an hour into the journey she phoned me to say that she had just read her invitation letter and that the interview was next week, not today!
Anyway I suggested she take the opportunity to visit Aberdeen University to which she has also applied. Aberdeen's campus is not far from the city centre and has several beautiful old college buildings as it is the fifth oldest University in the UK (after Oxford, Cambridge, St Andrews and Glasgow). She took this photo of King's College, founded 1495 (historical note!).
