Carnival

.....this started with a tenuous link to the theme 'carnival'....I was browsing a cruise brochure ( Carnival plc) and came across Rio de Janeiro ...home to Mardi Gras :)
A shaky image of the panorama was given the 'Rio' treatment in Prisma app, then colours were ramped up. Hoping the vibrant image reminds you of jazzy carnival outfits !?!?! :)
Doris has a lot to answer for !
