Abstract Thursday 87 - Carnival

Thank you to Ingeborg for setting this weeks theme.  I was a bit stumped as to what I could do for the theme of Carnival, when I remembered a piece of wrapping paper I had with a design of balloons and streamers.  I took a photograph, then gave it a bit of a kaleidoscope effect and a neon filter in LunaPic.  Welcome to Rio and the Carnival.
