He couldn't move on against the stormy wind that geared around the corner of this building and I was stuck next to him, in a line of cars that made little more progress at interfalls as the trafficlights didn't work anymore; due to the storm, I guess. Had to keep my eyes on the traffic and this is all I managed to capture ~ his orange clothing match with the weather code for today: Orange!
