Just what was happening with Joseph Cooper and his dummy keyboard ?    Of course they were all at it in the Sixties, sex and drugs, and that was just Blue Peter.  And now my mother informs me that Julian Pettifer was ‘at it’ with Jilly Cooper, and with that Joan Bakewell too.  However whether it was at the same time she didn’t say.  I didn’t think to ask how she knows; then she got onto Dennis Potter.  I stopped listening.

I have also just been the meat in the sandwich between CMC and her sister as they have a more-than-thorough update about happenings on Hoy.  No wonder I’m bewildered.

A fine day to be out today, after the draughtier days.
