Here & There

Up early, because our furnace is scheduled for a cleaning today, and the technician is due to arrive at 8:00!

This morning's sunrise was lovely -- all pink and gold and blue, with really pretty mist rising up from what's left of our snow cover.  I will miss this magnificent ash tree behind our barn when we move away.  The other picture shows the drawings for the bookshelves we will be having installed in our new apartment in Boston.  We'll be meeting with the builder next Thursday to fine tune the plans, and get cracking on the job.  All very exciting!
