Feeling so much better than the last couple of days.

In the morning I managed to buy us tickets for Grandaddy, The Shins and Honeyblood next month as part of the 6Music Festival - and then grab a hotel room too. Well chuffed. Have been wanting to see Grandaddy for years - and now seeing them twice in one month. The Shins have been a favourite for years too....

I then drove out the the Gyle to meet up with Linda. She's back over here for a few days from Ireland. We used to work together at the prison a few years back. She moved back 4 years ago. This was our first meet up since.

It was like old times (minus the prisoners and their families).

We had a great catch up. Our next catch up won't be so far away.

A food shop, then home by 5.30. Unheard of for a week day!

Home made burgers and movies.
