The Nab, Brock Crags

Back home after a couple of great days with Mike. Added to the Wainwright totals again today, with what we thought was going to be a modest, gentle, walk from Hartsop over Rest Dodd to The Nab (a new Wainwright for us both) to Brock Crags (Which I've done, but was a new one for Deb) . One of the windiest days of the year, and the walk ended up at 12 miles with over 3000 feet of climbing!

The most difficult bit was negotiating (as Wainwright said) the morass of peat hags leading out to the Nab - see extra.

Really whacked by the end of the day - the continual buffeting of the wind was exhausting.
