Of snowdrops.

We went to Welford Park this morning. It's just outside Newbury and is most famous for hosting the Great British Bake Off. You could see where the tent is usually situated as it had some new grass.

Locally, however, it is very famous for its millions of snowdrops. It is open to the public for only five weeks and is usually quite busy. There are lots of opportunities to take photographs and best of all it is dog friendly. Islay had a great time meeting lots of other dogs- so many Cockapoos!

It has a quaint little tea shop- and a "Bake Off" tent! it would have been rude not to partake of a wee piece of cake and a cuppa.

A thoroughly pleasant way to spend a couple of hours.
