Winter beauty in process

The weather is shifting, and the Helleborus, Christmas rose, thinks the winter is over and spring is coming.  I hope it will survive  the snow fall since I would like it to see it bloom.  The buds came the same time last year, but it didn't bloom before late March! Season confused plants seem to be the normale and not the exception.
