A Meandering Life...

Mucking about on the river

Today we visited our youngest daughter who has moved across London to Weybridge. We had a lovely meal at The Minnow pub/restaurant but as it was across the road from the river I took a couple of shots on my phone first.

The main one is a houseboat that is moored at the mouth of the River Wey where it joins the River Thames. On the other bank is Shepparton Lock, the ladies coxed 4 is on The Thames.

My extra was the view to the left of this one. It is the River Wey as it finishes and becomes part of the River Thames. I'll have to come back to explore more.

Day 25 of my Mono Month Challenge 2017 (MMC17).
