Sparkle

Liz's sis Elaine is here, so they went off to Morges for the market whilst me and Léo went out for a stroll.
Went out for a long run this afternoon, 28km, longest this year, but needed to be done, marathon is in 5 weeks, Managed 3*15mins at sort of marathon pace so fairly happy but feeling a bit out of it this evening.

Some Sparklehorse . Never heard this cover before but quite good I think.
