Review

I filmed some kata today for Kancho's review. All in one take, so it got rather intense, as I couldn't really take a break in-between them - so the heart rate remained high throughout.

Rather than just watching at normal speed, I like to review my karate technique in super-slow motion. It uncovers a lot. This is a view of the app (Technique, by Hudl, if I recall correctly).
