28 doors - Closing Down

In the local market town of Mold today - it's a traditional market held on Wednesday and Saturday where they close the main high street - probably was thriving in the past but now it's a bit tacky, though occasionally you get 'artisan' type sellers. The town itself still has a lot of independent shops though increasingly there are chains pushing them out - this shop has been empty for years - think it was a shoe shop. With the new hike in business rates in the UK I wonder if there will be more empty shops joining this one.
