Marmalade

Our friends Liz and Genny came to visit today. I made a leek and sage flan which we served with roasted leek, broadbean and cauliflower, and jacket potatoes washed down with a nice bottle of red.

The afternoon was spent relaxing and chatting.

Liz came bearing gifts of wine and chocolates, also five jars of homemade preserve, two jam, three marmalade, pictured.
