Digestives

Well, what can I say? Crap weather means more baking. I forgot to buy digestives yesterday so wondered if I could make some instead. Are they easy to make? Yes. Do they taste like the bought version? No? Do they taste good though? You bet your sweet bippy. However, I eat so many that I bought the usual double-pack on the way home tonight anyway! Useless info of the day: digestives are called that because they contain bicarb which was thought to aid the digestion.

Got lucky on the golf course this morning and managed to catch a window in the weather just big enough to fit in a rushed, if windy, nine holes. I didn't win a hole until the last then sneaked it. Hah, makes a change!
