Last day of summer

Little mr's class has been asked to walk to school this week, this after a few weeks of road safety during lessons. During this mornings walk, we discussed road safety, looked for native birds, and agreed that ninjas are pretty awesome. I was really tempted to photograph MrO during our walk, but it was so nice to have the time to have our wee chats uninterrupted by our usual busy morning routines. Mornings with the family are generally technology free, so grabbing for my camera or phone felt a bit intrusive on our time.
Tomorrow is meant to be another stunner! Thumbs up for the first day of autumn!!
