Descending into Newark in order to continue my flight onto Berlin to see my sweet friend Stephanie.

Around this time there was an intense shooting pain searing above my left eye and concentrating around my sinus cavity...

It was a long day of flying... worst flight to Europe ever.

Short story - I threw up twice. It was disgusting. I don't want to get into it because it wasn't that long ago and I don't want to remember it as freshly as I do right now.
I'll never take Ambien again as long as I live.
