Ingredients - PSB

New project for March - 'Ingredients' - I was recently reminded of the excellent book Plate to Pixel when I saw it on eBay for £200! - searched for my copy and thought I'd do some food photography - I've spent many a day with food stylists in the past while working in an ad agency so have picked up a few 'tricks of the trade'. This purple sprouting broccoli was picked fresh from my garden - it's looking more like 'Gardens Illustrated' than 'Delicious' magazine but I'm sure I can improve on the idea ; )
