Serious pancake gaze

Despite being in France and able to buy crepes pretty easily we decided we should make our own pancakes for pancake day (the French seem to have donuts to celebrate instead).

Our pancake pan is in England so we used a wok - the pancakes were a bit small but easier to flip.
