Busy Beaver.

This morning there was break in the rain, I walked Salmon Creek Trail.  I met a few people on the trail who had been just ahead of me, they were all talking about the owl I missed....again.  Oh well, always something to look forward to.  The beaver had been very busy, so many trees down in just a week.  I looked around but didn't see his lodge or a dam.  I see the beaver lodges when I'm kayaking around Vancouver Lake.  I did see several mature bald eagles and took quite a few photos, but with the overcast sky their heads just don't stand out that well so I will wait for blue sky to post more eagle photos.  Maybe I need to go out at night to catch the owl and the beaver as they are nocturnal also.
