Friend down from Aberdeen today and tomorrow to watch F1 and generally hang out whilst Mrs P works and the kids to their own thing, which means no time for blipping today as it cuts into beer & movie time ;)

Watched the Paralympics this morning and through some of the events i watched were fantastic. Truly inspirational.
