Ash Wednesday

She was sitting outside the iglesia doing some cross stitch and she wondered if I wanted to buy it so she could buy some shoes.  I told her I just wanted a photo of someone with ash on their forehead.  The service was just beginning so she hurried in to the front row.  When the ash ceremony began, she made sure she was at the front of the line and gave me the sign to get the photograph.

Later we posed together (extra), and I gave her 100 pesos and she gave me a huge hug.  Made my day.
