Daffodils

I was out around 7 a.m. with Finlay, as we were off to spend some time with MIL in Darlington (she is struggling a bit after breaking her foot on Christmas day). Whilst out I spotted the daffodils sprouting new blooms. I liked this group with the autumn browns still in evidence in the background.

I left to collect our son from his house at 9, back here for 10 to collect Mrs madwill and then set off off north - another hour driving.

Coffee at MIL's then out for lunch. Back at her home we played some board games for a while and we departed around 4. Another couple of hours driving back and delivering son home!

Cup of tea, then off to start cooking dinner.

Shattered again.

We did sample the first crop of our rhubarb last night, a beautiful crumble, the fruit is so sweet at the moment. So we took a bunch with us today for MIL.
