Dechox

Ok, so I've signed up for the British Heart Foundation 'Dechox' in March initiative - absolutely no chocolate at all, no bars, no cookies, or indeed anything containing even a tiny bit of chocolate. I'm sure it will do me good. The BHF are looking for people to get sponsored for taking part. I wouldn't feel comfortable about asking for donations just because I've exercised a little bit of willpower for thirty days. Instead I'm going to put aside at least £1 each day to represent what I might have spent on the brown stuff, and hand it over at the end of the month. Oh, and by the way, I walked straight past the chocolate aisle in Tesco today, after only the briefest of stops to take this photo!
