Shall We Dance?

Our last Fallbrook walk yielded this picture of the two boxers who live across the street. When they saw Ozzie walking by they hurled themselves down the hill through the avocado grove and began their dance. They were doing their best to jump the fence but that hadn't happened by the time we rounded a curve in the road and left them behind. Ozzie did nothing to encourage this behavior, in fact he appeared not to notice them.

We reluctantly said good-bye to my brother and his wife and the Fallbrook resort and headed for Sherman Oaks and #1 son's house. #1Granddaughter just started a new school and #2 returns for her ast year at hers next week. We had just enough time to say hello to the girls and marvel at how much #2 has grown (isn't that what grandparents are always supposed to notice?) since we last saw her in May. Monday is Labor Day, the last hurrah summer weekend, and a big party is in the offing here at Party Central....
