Same hats different concert. And the police ring-in.

We were all really impressed with this young lady, she was doing such a great job of community policing.  She joined in the fun whilst maintaining a police presence. And she had the great taste to love our hats.

Today has been a great concert of Kiwi music, and still Dragon and Mi-sex to come!

At Gibbston concert back in January these hats were marvellous at keeping the rain off our faces, today they've helped keep the sun off.

Today inspired us to start a "Familyhood of the travelling umbrella hats" Facebook page.  Most of this illustrious group will be attending more concerts together and then travelling together in July - obviously we'll have to take our hats with us. Something of a theme.  My sympathy goes out in advance to the sane people we'll meet while away :-)

NOTE: Mi-sex were absolutely stunning. So much fun and reminds us all of the fresh impact they had on the NZ (and world) music scene 40 years ago.
