Tulip!

This is one of the bunch of tulips that I bought myself last week - it's flattened out! Looks a bit like a star, quite nice.

Domestic chores first thing - three weeks ironing!

Visit to a local garden centre - they were supposed to have a demonstration on of pruning roses, something that I'm no good at and as I have one of the WI roses I want to try and hold on to it. However, the small detailed that I over looked was that it wasn't this weekend!! It's in two weeks time. Do a bit of shopping and lunch out and then back home.

Our son and daughter-in-law (and Frankie) came over this evening.
