Deckie Dereliction

A beautiful Sunday - lovely long sleep, woke to fog but that burnt off quickly. 

After no exercise while in Townsville (just too hot and humid)  Doug and I went for a walk along the South Beach then around the Port.  
Thats where I found this deck chair which to me is past its best by a long way, The canvas seat is ripped, the frame is rusted and bent - I doubt if it would hold up a fairy, let alone a person.

This afternoon I prepared my entries for the first competition - Open and Abandoned, two entries in each category.

Thanks you all for your lovely, caring comments on our cattle/water problems - happy to report they appear non the worst for the experience.
