Let's Paaarty!!!

One week on from Mike's Birthday, it's time to party! We started off by hiring a pool for an hour for him and his friends, then returned home with little expectation of being able to cook a barbeque, but it stayed sunny and we made it!

Mike's Birthday cake was in the shape of a big Lego block, with Lord of the Rings mini-figures over it, and one they had all stuffed themselves with sausage, burgers and enough sugar to sink a battleship, then the boys took on the girls at Singstar. I was surprised at the result, but I'm too much of a gentleman to say who won.

A great day had by all, and I'm particularly looking forward to looking at one of Mike's presents - a book and DVD on Formula one.
