Stucco bungalow in old Phoenix

My friend Rebecca lives in this fabulous bungalow in an older section of Phoenix.  It is so charming and is so perfect to her, she is an artist and has a tiny studio.  Her yard and plants were pretty cool too (those agave are sharp as knives and she said they have to be moved to the back).  She has a gorgeous kitty cat that just lay herself on me like she owned me.
